The Grand Lodge I. O. O. F. of the
United States haviotr approved the amend
mcnt making the Graud Lodge of Ken
tucky a movable body, the Grand Mas
ter, E. W. Turner, iu conformity with a
resolution of the Grand Lode at its last
session, makes proclamation of that fact,
and notifies the subordinates iu his juris
diction that the next session of the
Grand Lodge of Kentucky will be held
at Bowling Greeu, Kentucky, on tlie
24th day of October, 1871, the Grand

The United States Supreme Court met
