the estate of Harriet Lines, late of Litchfield

longing to said estate certain real estate situated
in said Litchfield and described in said petition,
aqd that under the last will and testament of the
said Harriet Lines, he iB authorized to sell either,
real or phonal estate for the benefit and sup-
port of Sherman Lines if the income of the same
should be insufficient for his said support, and
that the inoome of said real and personal estate
is wholly insufficient for the support of the said
Sherman Lines, and that the real estate is un
productive and not profitable to be kept in the
possession of aaid estate, and that it would be
for the interest of flaid estate if eaid real estate
be sold and the avails used according to the pro
visions of said will, and that the heirs of said es
tate have requeated'that, in consideration of the
representation above made, said estate be sold
and the proceeds appropriated in accordance
with the provisions of aaia will, which said real
estate is valued at about one thousand dollars,
and praying for liberty to sell said property for
the purpose aforesaid, as per petition on file.
It is ordered by this oourt, that said Executor
and Trustee be authorized to eell all of said real
estate at public or private sale as may beet pro
mote the interest or said estate and convey the
same in dne form of law and make return to this
coprt to whom sold and for how much, and of
the ohargee of sale, and to give public notice of
this order bypublishing the same in some news
paper printed in Litchfield.
