When it is Unlawful to Kill Game.
The following items from the game
laws of this State are of general in
terest. It is unlawful to kill game
during the times specified.
Wild duck, between March 1st and
September 1st.
Quail and pheasant, between March
1st and October 15th.
.Prairie chicken, between February
1st and August 15th.
Rabbit and dove, between February
1st and October 1st.
I Woodcock, between February 1st
and July 4th.
It is unlawful to trap quail at any
time, or to destroy in any manner or
at anytime the following birds:
Sparrow, Robin, red bird, blue bird,
martin, thrush, mocking bird, swallow,
oriole, cat bird, chewink, king bird,
bobolink, yellow bird, peewee, wren,
cuckoo, indigo bird,, warbler or finch.
Persons violating the law in any
fasa as above specified, are subject to
tine and costs of prosecution.
