Herald called at the Health office in tho County
Court House, Brooklyn, yesterday. He iouud on en

Health officer Dr. Geo. Cochran, the picture of health
and good nature, surrounded by several ot bis staff
and engaged in giving orders to his subordinates.
There was also present Alderman clancey, a mem

Doctor could give bis attention, the writer inquired,
